Bok Choy 5 cups
Garlic-sliced 6 cloves
Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
Cooking Wine 1 tbsp
Corn Starch 1 tbsp
Water 6 oz.
Harvest2000 Vegetarian Bouillon Mix-Chicken Flavor 1&1/2 tsp
1. Steam Bok Choy for 4 minutes or until Bok Choy is cooked
2. Add Harvest2000 Vegetarian Bouillon Mix -Chicken Flavor and corn starch in 6 oz. of water
3. Heat pan, add vegetable oil, sautee garlic until garlic turn golden brown
4. Add #2. mixtures and cooking wine, stir until sauce is thicken
5. Place the garlic sauce on top of bok choy
