Fresh or dry noodle (cook according to package instruction) 16 oz
Bean Sprout 12 oz
Water 1 oz

Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Aging Vinegar (optional) 1 tbsp
White Pepper (optional) 1 pinch
Heat oil in a pan, wok or pot, simmer shitake mushroom until aroma spark
Add cooked or fresh noodle and bean sprout
Add water with Harvest2000 Vegetarian Bouillon - Mushroom Falvor and soy sauce, sautee until broth is reduced and noodle well coded with sauce, add dark aging vinegar and a touch of white pepper if desired for another layer of flavor.
