Bok Choy 4 Cups
Pork, thin sliced 1 lb
Garlic, thin sliced 6 cloves
Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
Harvest2000's gluten free Vegetarian Bouillon - Chicken Flavor 1 tsp
Ginger Paste or Minced 1 tsp
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Cooking Wine 1 tbsp
Boil Water, steam bok choy for 1 munite
Heat pan, add 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil, add garlic, pan fry garlic for 1/2 minute and add in marinated pork, stir fry until pork is fully cooked,
Transfer the bok choy from steamer into the pan, sprinkle Harvest2000's gluten free vegetarian bouillon - chicken flavor on top of bok choy, stir well, ready to serve
