Beef sliced 12 oz
Bell Peppers 1-1/2 cups
Balsamic Vinegar 1-1/2 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Corn Starch 1 tsp
Water 2 tbsp
Vegetable Oil 3 tbsp
Harvest 2000 Vietnamese Pho Broth Mix 1 tsp
Combine Balsamic Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Sugar,Harvest 2000 Vietnamese Pho Broth Mix together as sauce mixture
Heat Pan, add 1 tbsp of oil, sauteed bell peppers until fruity fragrance appears, take out for later used
Add 1 tbsp of oil in pan, sauteed beef, when beef is almost cooked, add sauce mixture and corn starch with water
When sauce is thicken, sauteed both beef and bell pepper together, ready to serve
